Trustmaster Farm Manager

There are several aspects of farm management that need to be managed in order to promote the success of the farm. This includes (but  is not limited to) sales management, farm planning, process plant management, logistics management, procurement, research and development and farm finances.

Trustmaster Farm Manager also manages all the operational human resource requirements of a farm.  It ensures that there are enough people scheduled to meet the staffing requirements of every shift to keep the farm running optimally.  It also keeps track of every employees schedule for each shift.  This means that as soon as  employees clock in, they receive a printout of all the tasks they need to perform  during their shift (e.g. Feed tank 5 with 50kgs of Grower 1 at 16h45; Clean the probes in module 3 at 09h00.)  This ensures that even if staff retention is low, new staff will require minimal monitoring if they adhere to the day schedule provided.   The expertise of scientists and farm managers is translated into understandable knowledge and experience for use by every worker. It therefore guarantees optimised running of the farm.
